DATA PROTECTION

1. General information

Stallinger Holding GmbH (“Stallinger” or “we”) as the party responsible for data processing is obliged to protect your data. We take this mission seriously. In our privacy statement we would like to tell you why we collect your data and the form in which we process it.

2. What is personal data?

Personal data is information relating to persons whose identity is identified or is identifiable (e.g. name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, billing information, etc.).

3. Which data does Stallinger process?

We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. We process the personal data that you, as a customer or business partner, voluntarily provide us with, for example in connection with an enquiry or the conclusion of a contract. This includes, for example, your contact details. We collect your personal data either for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures or to fulfil a contractual obligation (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point b GDPR), based on your consent (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point a GDPR) and to fulfil our legal obligations (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point c GDPR) or for advertising and marketing measures based on our main legitimate interest (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 point f GDPR).

The fonts used on this page include a tracking code. The tracking code of the web font does not collect, process or store any personal data. When you access our website, the company fonts.com collects the following data:

  • the project identification number of the web font (anonymised), the URL of the licensed website linked with a customer number to permit fonts.com to identify the licensee and the licensed web fonts, and the URL of the page visited before.

4. How does fonts.com use the data that we collect from you?

Fonts.com stores the anonymised project identification number of the web font in encrypted log files containing such data for a period of 30 days to identify the number of page requests per month. Once this identification has been completed and the number of page requests has been saved, the log data will be deleted.

5. Does Stallinger pass on your data?

We do not pass on personal data to third parties unless it is necessary for the stated purposes and there are relevant legal grounds for it, such as a legal basis or for fulfilment of a contract. In that case, data is passed on to external third parties in compliance with the legal provisions, e.g. to tax consultants and accountants or service providers, who process data on our behalf (commissioned data processors). All our commissioned data processors process your data only on our behalf and on the basis of our instructions for the aforementioned purposes.

6. How long does Stallinger store your personal data?

We only store your personal data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and the contractual or legal obligations. If the data is processed based on your consent, we will process the data for the maximum period for which the consent is valid. In any case, we will save your personal data if there are legal obligations to retain data or if limitation periods of potential legal claims have not yet expired.

7. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to receive information about your personal data that is stored, its origin and recipients, the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct incorrect data and to delete your data at any time. You can also revoke your consent to process personal data with effect for the future if the data is processed based on your consent. You have a right to restrict the processing of your data and a right to have the data provided by you to be returned to you in a structured, common format (data portability).
You also have the option to file a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, Email: dsb@dsb.gv.at).
